Lynnette Teresa Brooky

New Zealand's leading professional golfer for over a decade — four Ladies European Tour titles, nine professional wins, and a career spanning the circuits of Europe and Australasia. She competed in five U.S. Women's Opens and eight Women's British Opens.

Born and raised in Tawa, Wellington, Brooky turned professional in 1994 following a distinguished amateur career. She was New Zealand Amateur Champion in 1992 and 1993, Australian Women's Amateur Stroke Play Champion in 1993, and won the individual title at the Queen Sirikit Cup — the Asia-Pacific Amateur Team Championship.

Her professional career centred on the Ladies European Tour, where she competed from 1994 to 2009 — retaining her tour card every season without exception. She also competed on the ALPG Tour in Australia and New Zealand, claiming four titles, and won on the Swedish Golf Tour in 1998.

At her peak, she ranked 5th on the LET Order of Merit (2003), recorded top-20 finishes on the Order seven times, and accumulated career earnings of over €1 million on the European Tour alone. Her major championships best results include a T12 at the 2002 U.S. Women's Open and a T14 at the 2003 Women's British Open.
